Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the key relationship contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and coordinate Key Account Plans for clients.
• Maximise income from clients through sales and promotions.
• Ensure strong commercial performance of client contracts.
• Negotiate service agreements and sales of services/products.
• Regularly visit clients to discuss relevant matters.
• Provide insight into customer concerns across the business.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
