Job summary
A leading materials company in the UK is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their People Team on a Fixed Term Contract. This pivotal role involves overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legislation, and developing payroll analytics using Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll management experience in a multi-site environment, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills. - Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance.

- Experience with pension scheme administration and auto enrolment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and process monthly payrolls ensuring compliance and timely payment.
- Manage payroll-related reporting including P11D, P45, and P60.
- Develop and maintain payroll dashboards using Power BI.
- Act as the primary liaison with HMRC for compliance.
