Job summary
A leading facilities management company in the UK is looking for a Contract Manager specialized in Food Hygiene. This role involves overseeing on-site hygiene services, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and leading a team to meet operational goals. Candidates should have experience in food manufacturing or hygiene and the ability to manage large teams effectively. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Qualifications
- Experience working in a Food Manufacturing / Food Hygiene background / FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage large, high-volume staff operations.
- Experience of BRC (British Retail Consortium) and customer audits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit operational documentation such as cleaning schedules.
- Oversee training requirements and support staff training and development.
- Conduct compliance audits and inspections of hygiene standards.
