Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced commercial team. You will report to the commercial manager and work on major projects for clients such as Morrisons and HS2. The company has recently secured a £10M/year EV charging station contract, which is a growing sector of their business. The work involves multi-utility installations, including gas, water, electricity, civils, rising mains, sewage, deep excavations, and pumping stations.
- Good educational background, preferably a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
- Stable employment history with tier one or tier two contractors within utilities.
- Excellent NEC contract knowledge.
- Ability to engage with clients and maintain an onsite presence, with at least 3 days a week in Birmingham.
- UK driving license is mandatory.
- Competitive salary between £50,000 – £60,000.
- Company car or car allowance.
