About the role

• Manage large / medium DC scheme clients (Trust and contract-based).
• Advise on design, investment, communications, and Auto‑Enrolment.
• Drive growth through new business and strong client relationships.
• Mentor colleagues and represent the team at industry events.

About you

• Proven UK DC consulting experience (including Trust‑based schemes).
• Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (PMI, CII, IMC).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and commercially focused.
