Key Accountabilities
Deliver targeted stocking business objectives including volume, margin, fees and portfolio quality.
Develop new stocking opportunities and manage existing dealer/manufacturer relationships nationally.
Promote utilisation of stocking facilities and support conversion of wholesale stocking into retail finance.
Implement innovative sales strategies and work closely with dealers, manufacturers and vendors.
Provide training to partners on stocking processes and systems.
Attend industry trade shows and national events.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
Ensure adherence to FCA, AML and Data regulations.
Support the wider stocking sales team, offering guidance and operational insight.
Deliver excellent customer communication via phone, email and written proposals.
Support testing of new system developments and enhancements.
Person Specification
Strong knowledge of the Agricultural and TIC sectors; stocking product experience desirable.
Significant sales and relationship management experience within relevant markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer empathy, commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload autonomously.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems quickly.
Strong team orientation, integrity and commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
