Are you an experienced design leader who thrives on collaboration and delivering technical excellence? We're seeking a Regional Design Team Manager to lead our internal design resources and ensure high-quality outputs. You'll manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical governance, and drive continuous improvement in design delivery. From pre-contract mobilisation to project completion, you'll ensure designs meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and programme requirements. This role combines leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic input‑making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical detail with big‑picture thinking. Please note that this role is a hybrid role where you will be expected to attend the office 2-3 times a week. The contractual office base is flexible and can be either Ilkeston, Cookstown, Balcombe or Apsley. This can be discussed further at interview.
