Our experimentation programme goes beyond CRO. We are an experienced Experimentation Team running a mature programme of testing within a large-scale Product Organisation, influencing millions of customers and delivering multi-million pound revenue and profit gains. As part of the broader Analytics function, the Experimentation Team plays a central role in shaping customer experiences across Tesco's websites, apps, and digital platforms. We use data-driven experimentation to uncover insights, validate ideas, and drive continuous improvement across all touchpoints. This role sits within the Analytics & Optimisation team in Tesco Retail Media, a fast-growing area partnered closely with our Technology teams. The team supports a wide range of digital products—from online and app experiences to Marketplace and in‑store digital entities. Our mission is to deliver innovative, customer‑first propositions that also drive advertiser value. As Senior Optimisation Manager, you'll lead experimentation efforts that improve user experience and media performance. You'll collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, design robust tests, and communicate results that influence strategic decisions.
