We are the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman, an independent national ombudsman service. We are here to make final decisions on complaints that are yet to be resolved by the NHS in England, UK government departments, and some other public organisations. We do this fairly and transparently without taking sides, and our service is completely free.
The Content Manager will play a lead role in making our content easily accessible to a range of audiences.
They will manage PHSO’s brand and in-house production of PHSO publications, taking a digital-first approach. Working across the organisation, they will lead a small team including a designer and external suppliers when needed. They will work with caseworkers to draft accessible and engaging reports that are written in plain English.
The Content Manager will also oversee production of corporate publications such as the annual report and the creation of content that will help more people understand who we are and how they can use our service.
