We're a multi award-winning boutique content creative agency specialising in employer branding and corporate communications in the legal sector - and we’re looking for a Junior Content Creatorto join our growing team reporting into the Content Manager.
This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role for someone who’s naturally creative, social‑first and excited by the idea of shaping content for major corporate global brands. You’ll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team where your ideas count, and where you’ll get real responsibility from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with others, but also have the autonomy to take ownership of your work and bring your own style to what you create.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the content team to plan, film, edit and publish social content across campaigns for a range of clients.
- Hands‑on filming social content on iPhone/Osmo - capturing day‑in‑the‑life moments, behind‑the‑scenes clips, interviews and storytelling pieces.
- Editing simple, clean social videos using tools like CapCut.
- Helping create hooks, captions and storylines that work on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Assisting with the organisation of content calendars, asset management and versioning.
- Bringing fresh ideas and trend‑led thinking to brainstorms and content planning sessions.
- Supporting on shoots at client offices in central London.
- Keeping an eye on what’s trending and feeding insights back into the team.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys social media and content marketing, and understands what performs and is curious about the “why”.
- Comfort filming and a willingness to get stuck in and learn.
- Social content editing skills (and willingness to learn new skills quickly) and familiar with editing software such as CapCut and Canva.
- A creative thinker who can turn simple moments into engaging content.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while still adding personality and flair.
- Strong written communication for captions and storytelling.
- An eye for detail – ensuring content is delivered to brief professionally and to a high standard.
- A team player who collaborates well but is also confident working independently.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Previous experience creating content - personal projects, uni work, freelance, UGC or brand experience.
- Able to commute to Shere (Guildford) and travel into central London for shoots and client work.
- UK Driving License
Nice to have (not essential)
- Basic understanding of analytics or social performance.
- Adobe suite knowledge such as Premier Pro.
