As Content Creator & Lead Copywriter, you will shape and deliver high-quality global content that brings our brand to life across every touchpoint. Sitting within Group Marketing, you’ll lead the creation of compelling, on-brand narratives that drive engagement, clarity, and action across B2C, B2B, People, Onboard, and Group initiatives. Combining strategic storytelling, editorial excellence, and innovative use of AI, you’ll ensure our content is consistent, scalable, and impactful across regions while remaining culturally relevant and human in tone.
You’re a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy content professional who combines exceptional writing skills with a strong understanding of how AI can elevate storytelling at scale. You bring an editor’s mindset to everything you create balancing innovation and experimentation with rigorous quality control, brand consistency, and performance standards. Confident working across formats and audiences, you know how to craft clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement and action while remaining true to a global brand voice.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with messaging, studio, and creative teams to translate global strategies into impactful content. With a solid grasp of localisation, SEO, and governance - particularly around AI-generated content - you’re comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity, technology and performance. You’re curious, forward-thinking, and motivated by pushing creative boundaries, all while delivering high-quality content on time and to a consistently high editorial standard.
