Our client is a leading UK residential investor, backed by two major US capital partners, experiencing significant expansion over the past 5 years. Their approach to investing through diverse deal structures helps mitigate risk and maximize returns. Their portfolio includes over 4,000 urban BTR homes with a GDV exceeding £2bn. They operate as an integrated Investor, Developer, and Operator.

Job Objective:

The successful candidate will be based in London as a residential Asset Manager within their asset management team, responsible for managing their assets and performance. They seek motivated individuals eager to join a fast-paced, growing business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Asset management of a BTR portfolio.
• Reporting, site inspections, budgeting, monthly reviews, and managing agents.
• Reporting on asset performance and developing leasing strategies.
• Supporting reporting presentations.
• Providing regular market analysis.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years’ experience.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and diligent.
• Industry-relevant experience.
• Good team player, self-starter, confident.
• Experience in asset management.
• Degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related fields.
