Overview

A global consultancy is seeking experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy. These specific permanent roles are available on a hybrid basis and will focus on huge infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors, working in partnership with clients to ensure successful programme delivery - you'll be acting as the key interface between the client and the construction partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure programmes (defence and nuclear sectors) as a Programme Director.
  • Act as the key interface between the client and construction partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide governance, risk management, and oversight across the programme; lead project controls and commercial/contract management (NEC3/NEC4).
  • Engage stakeholders and manage complex environments to achieve project objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-value construction/infrastructure programmes (minimum 250m, ideally 1bn+).
  • Experience on programs such as Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, or Thames Tideway is preferred.
  • Deep experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3/NEC4) and stakeholder engagement.
