4. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

6. Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
7. Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
2. In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, design processes, and construction management.
3. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software and tools.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
