Job Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the brand across the UK Defence Infrastructure and Construction Market Sectors. You’ll engage in regular communication with both new and existing clients, identifying and nurturing new opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Working closely with the Defence Sector Director, you’ll support strategy development for public and private sector growth, attend sector meetings, and contribute to bid strategy documentation.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Career experience in the UK defence sector (Regular or Reserve Armed Forces service or equivalent government role)
  • Knowledge of the UK construction market
  • Understanding of relevant procurement legislation and MOD procurement processes
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Defence Studies, or Security
