Are you looking for a Site Manager job with a leading construction company in the UK. Our client is continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Interior Fit Out Division. Key responsibilities of this job include, leading all on site operations, from planning to handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines and budget. You will maintain the highest level of standards, making sure all details are to the client's specification and needs. In addition, maintaining robust health and safety standards throughout the site and accordance to our client's stringent health and safety polices. It is important you support, motivate, and supervise on site teams whilst conducting inspections, manage progress, and report to senior stakeholders.
Candidate requirements for this job include site management experience, ideally in retail fit-out or refurbishment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate on site teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality and relevant construction management qualifications or equivalent experience.
