Qualifications

• Chartered membership of a professional body is desirable.

Job description

What you’ll do:

• Oversee delivery of large-scale projects (£30m+) safely, on time, and within budget
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams including construction, commercial, and technical colleagues
• Drive compliance, build quality and client satisfaction through clear planning and collaboration
• Champion health & safety, CDM responsibilities, and ISO quality systems on site
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and statutory authorities

What we’re looking for:

• Degree qualified or NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management
• Chartered membership of a professional body (desirable)
• Experience leading complex developments and managing cross-functional teams
• Skilled in CDM, contract management and programme planning
• Proficiency in ASTA Power Projects and strong commercial acumen
