A leading construction and property maintenance company in the UK is seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee design teams for refurbishment and maintenance projects in high-rise buildings. The role emphasizes compliance with the Building Safety Act and sustainability goals. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Architecture or a related field, have significant leadership experience, and proficiency in BIM Level 2. This role offers competitive salary opportunities ranging between £60,001 and £80,000 annually.
WPS are looking for a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes within high-rise buildings as well as retrofit projects across the North West. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and leadership experience in managing complex design challenges in occupied homes including higher-risk buildings.
