An experienced Programme Delivery Manager is required to lead and oversee the successful implementation of AI technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Flexibility to travel is a must.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes involving AI technology.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects within the AI technology portfolio.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and successful integration of AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Oversee the work of project managers and technical teams.
• Report on programme progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in AI implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 3 years focusing on AI or advanced technology initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

• Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on AI implementations.

The office is based in the East Midlands, easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Coventry.
