A reputable care organisation is seeking a dynamic Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance in Maidstone, UK. This role involves leading quality assurance and compliance efforts across multiple homes, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the care sector, preferably as a CQC inspector, and holds a Registered General Nurse qualification. Offered salary ranges from £65k to £75k with benefits including a company car.

Job title: Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance
Location: Primarily based in Kent or East Sussex. The role requires three days a week on-site and two days working from home.
Salary: £65k – £75k + electric company car (valued at £7k)
