A leading scientific research organization in Greater London is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to statutory compliance across its estates. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of UK building services legislation and experience in compliance management. This role offers an opportunity to maintain safe environments supporting world-leading scientific work.
Our Estates team ensures NPL provides a safe, secure, and sustainable workplace—maximising the value of our buildings to support our people, programmes, and long-term goals.
We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to lead statutory compliance across our estate, with a focus on the Teddington and Wraysbury sites. Reporting to the Hard Services Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient environments that enable world‑leading scientific work.
We actively recruit citizens of all backgrounds, but the nature of our work in specific departments means that nationality, residency and security requirements can be more tightly defined than others. You will be asked about this throughout the recruitment process. To work at NPL, you will need to obtain BPSS security clearance.
