As a Compliance Monitoring Apprentice, you will be part of the Global Monitoring Team with responsibilities across AXA XL including Asia-Pacific region, Europe, Lloyd’s and Bermuda. You will receive comprehensive training and study opportunities to support your professional development through the Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship programme, which will include the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate qualification. You will gain exposure to global compliance practices and collaborate with colleagues from around the world, providing valuable international insights. This role offers the chance to develop a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial crime risk mitigation and corporate standards.
