A reputable care organization in the UK is looking for a passionate Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance. This role involves leading quality assurance efforts, conducting audits, and training over 500 staff members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and a background in social care. This position offers a salary of £65k - £75k plus benefits including a company car and generous leave.
Are you an experienced leader in Health and Social Care with a passion for quality assurance? Our client, a reputable care organisation, would like to recruit a dynamic Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance to join their dedicated team.
With multiple homes currently and plans for expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.
Job title: Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance
Location: Primarily based in Kent or East Sussex. The role requires three days a week on-site and two days working from home.
Salary: £65k - £75k + Electric company car (valued at £7k)
