A healthcare provider in York and North Yorkshire is seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy during significant growth. The CFO will play a vital role in ensuring financial resilience through innovative frameworks and securing new contracts, while collaborating with clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes and reduce health inequalities within the NHS framework. This position offers the chance to shape the future of community-based care and develop strong partnerships across the healthcare system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a CFO role or similar financial leadership position.
- Understanding of NHS financial structures and funding mechanisms.
