Job summary

A regional health service provider is seeking a Band 4 Rehabilitation Assistant at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon. Qualifications

• Educated to minimum GCSE level or equivalent grade A-C, including English.
• RSA/OCR stage II - NVQ Level 3 in health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Experience of working in rehabilitation in health/social care environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in their homes and inpatient rehab beds.
• Assess patients' physical and functional needs.
• Manage own caseload of patients.
