Once completed, SZC will provide low carbon electricity to six million homes for 60 years. As a Baseline & Change Manager, you will be at the heart of SZC's Project Controls function, ensuring disciplined management of baselines and robust, consistent application of change control across the Delivery Programme. • Serve as a central point of contact for all change management queries.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective baseline management strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Coordinate key inputs (Schedule, Cost, Risk, PMO) to enable end to end changes to baselines, contracts, and programme governance.
  • Ensure governance processes are followed in line with the project reporting cycle.
  • Support the production of monthly Baseline & Change reports.
  • Manage weekly and monthly routines, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Promote consistent application of project controls across SZC.
  • Advise Project Managers, Change Owners, and Supply Chain partners on change control procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls Managers and Change Managers to ensure changes are fully identified, assessed, and implemented.
  • Facilitate change requests for engineering and delivery teams.
  • Review and monitor the quality of change proposals for completeness and alignment with the baseline.
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on change management processes and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to improve understanding and compliance across the programme.
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional experience in programme, project, controls, or commercial management.
