A local educational organization is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Seacroft, Leeds. This role requires supporting classroom learning and assisting students with special educational needs. Ideal candidates are nurturing, patient, and committed to inclusive education. Role: Classroom Support & SEN Support (Dual Role)
Are you passionate about nurturing young learners and helping them grow with confidence? One of our inclusive primary schools in the Seacroft area is looking for dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistants who believe in giving every child the chance to learn, make mistakes, and flourish.
The school has a warm, inclusive community where children feel safe, supported, and valued. Children are given space to try, stumble, and try again with adults who guide and encourage them every step of the way. It is a safe place where children, staff, and the wider community grow together.
This is a dual‑role position supporting children:
You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all children—regardless of need—can access learning, build confidence, and develop independence.
