A healthcare provider in mental health seeks a Specialist Community Mental Health Nurse in Goole, dedicated to promoting mental well-being and recovery. As a Band 6 nurse, you'll work part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing essential support and interventions to service users. Candidates should be Registered Mental Health Nurses with experience in community settings and leadership abilities. As part of the role you will need the means to effectively transport yourself between multiple addresses/venues on a daily basis including transporting, clients, equipment & clinical stock required for treatment.
As a Primary Care Mental Health key-worker you will provide signposting, support and short-term interventions to promote mental health recovery. Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users and their family / carers. Provide clinical leadership within the team, ensuring high standards of care and supporting colleagues with complex cases.
Act as a role model for best practice and contribute to service development initiatives.
Offer guidance and supervision to team members and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Support effective decision-making and problem-solving within the team to maintain safe, responsive care delivery.
