â As Deputy Project Performance Manager you will support some of the UKâs largest infrastructure programmes applying lean principles to support the efficient delivery of a complex package of deliverables. â Working unsupervised with minimal direction, you will own the delivery for selected work packages to ensure onâtime delivery in line with project governance and assurance requirements. â Youâll be coordinating teams; managing priorities, balancing workloads and eliminating blockages, as well as reporting on performance and escalating issues to workstream managers. â Building strong working relationships will be critical to ensure effective communication, even whilst working remotely with technical experts, internal stakeholders, and the client. â Youâll also be responsible for facilitating planning and problemâsolving workshops, driving decision making on complex issues.
âď¸ Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, Last Planner). âď¸ Experience in operating in a civil infrastructure / construction programme and / or project environment with multiple stakeholders / multiâdisciplinary teams. âď¸ Experience with client engagement and relationship building. âď¸ Strong presentation and communication skills. âď¸ Some experience of using Task Management Tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Planner), Power Query, PowerApps, PowerBI, and / or Power Automate. âď¸ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Teams.
