We are seeking a dedicated Payroll & Pensions Officer to join our Payroll & Pensions Team, ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and pensions services.

About the Role
  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll and pensions administration.
  • Calculate, record and process complex business transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Council policies.
  • Analyse and assess data to resolve queries and provide expert advice to colleagues and customers on payroll and pensions matters.
About the Candidate
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong customer‑focused approach with the ability to analyse information, make decisions and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data input and analysis on IT systems.
