Work with us at Riverford, and join a thriving employee-owned business

  • Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth and solutions driven ERP Project team
  • Beyond the Veg Box - At Riverford, our passion for organic vegetables is unmatched. We’re not just about delivering veg boxes; we're dedicated to sustainable farming and community building. As a part of our team, you become a co-owner, sharing in our successes and contributing to a mission that goes beyond profit. We aim to make Riverford a fulfilling place to work, where our co-owners feel valued.
  • Our HQ at Wash Farm in Devon is a beautiful place to work, surrounded by good people, good food, and plenty of fresh air. As a co-owner, you’ll benefit from 33 days holiday (pro rata, including bank holidays), an ethical & generous company pension scheme, and an annual profit share, where 10% of all profits are split equally among co-owners. We also offer heavily discounted organic breakfasts and lunches, free organic fruit and veg to take home and free parking.
  • Grow with Riverford - Take the next step in your personal and professional journey with training tailored to help you grow and achieve your goals.

As our PMO Analyst, you’ll help shape Riverford’s future.

You’ll work closely with our Project Manager as we take the next steps in our ERP transformation - a big piece of change that will shape how we work together across Riverford.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy, sometimes messy programmes. You’ll help keep things moving by tracking actions, risks and decisions, and by making sure people have the information they need, when they need it. You’ll support key meetings by pulling together clear, down to earth packs, noting what’s been agreed, and following up so good conversations turn into action.

You’ll help keep the programme plan realistic and up to date, reflecting what’s really happening across teams. You’ll also put together simple, honest updates that give a clear picture of progress, what’s going well, and where we need to pay attention.

Along the way, you’ll help organise workshops, testing and training, working closely with operational teams to make sure change is understood and supported. You’ll keep documents tidy and useful, and help make this transformation feel thoughtful, inclusive and human - not just another systems project.

Above all, you’ll be a reliable, organised partner to the Project Manager - someone who brings calm, clarity and care to a complex piece of work, and helps make change work for people, not just systems.

Salary: £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Location - Hybrid, based at Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, Tq11 0JU

Hours - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
