Job title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £50,000-£70,000

PQE Level: 2+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

An established law firm in Kent is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate matters across varied sectors, including education, healthcare, charities, and planning.

Working closely with experienced partners and solicitors, you'll be part of a collaborative team that regularly works across departments on complex transactional matters. The firm fosters a supportive and forward-thinking environment, making it an excellent place to take the next step in your legal career.

The role will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial real estate work
• Supporting cross-team transactions alongside the Corporate and Commercial department
• Building strong client relationships across a wide commercial client base

What the firm are looking for:

• Strong legal knowledge in commercial property law
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
