A leading coffee importer is seeking a proactive Sales Leader to build market presence in Spain and Portugal. This remote position requires frequent travel to connect with roasters, establish relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, organised, and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of the coffee supply chain. This role offers a salary range of €28,000 – €35,000 and various benefits including flexibility and a training budget.
