A renowned opera company in Lewes seeks a Development Assistant to support donor relations and administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining records, assisting with events, and providing general support. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a willingness to learn CRM systems. This full-time position offers a salary of £24,000 per annum and a range of employee benefits.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Development department on a permanent basis. This wide ranging role will be responsible for supporting the Glyndebourne Development team in all aspects of its activity with Glyndebournes donors and prospects. Duties include research into donor prospects maintaining accurate donor and departmental records assisting with incoming enquiries and providing general administrative support to a busy Development Team.
The contractual hours of work are 35 hours per week 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm Monday - Friday with a one hour lunch break. The role will involve unsociable hours including evenings and weekends during the Glyndebourne Festival Autumn Season and at other times of the year.
We can offer a salary of24000 per annum.
We offer 33 days (6.6 weeks) holiday inclusive of bank holidays per annum pro rata. We also give additional non-contractual closure dates at Christmas.
