A popular doughnut retailer is seeking a Retail Shift Leader for their Gatwick location. You'll lead a team, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing daily operations. As a Team Member, you’ll welcome guests from around the world, serve fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keep the store running smoothly.
This role includes lone working, so applicants must be 18 or over. Full training and support are provided — all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the drive to grow your career.

You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point. You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving hot & cold drinks, boxing up treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
You’ll also jump into behind‑the‑scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and ensuring everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
You’ve got experience running the floor or you’re ready to rise and shine into that next step.
