A leading horticultural supplier in the UK is looking for a Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries and drive sales. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a desire for results. The position offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 with additional incentives, generous holiday, and various employee benefits.

- Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution-focused response
- Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.
- Cross‑sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.
- Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.
- Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales
- Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Previous sales or telesales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers
- Excellent relationship building and client facing skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred
- Driven by results and relationships and the ambition to succeed
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (£55K OTE)
- 33 days holiday (Bank Holidays and extended Xmas break)
