Overview

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following :

Responsibilities
  • Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
  • Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard
  • Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner
  • Communicate with your colleagues and peers in a professional manner at all times
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job, and your colleagues at all times
Site Operations
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence
  • Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary
  • Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools
  • Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels
  • Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control
