As part of our HelpDesk service the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT‑related issues. You will be responsible for managing and prioritising assigned requests. Where issues fall outside your experience, you will escalated them appropriately to a 3rd Line IT Engineer, ensuring a smooth and efficient support service. Reporting to the Director of IT and supervised day‑to‑day by the IT Manager, the post holder will provide essential systems support across the College's computing and communications facilities. This is a roving role covering multiple college sites, so flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations are essential.
Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum. Your pay: £28,130 per annum.
