Responsibilities
  • Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution-focused response
  • Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.
  • Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.
  • Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales
  • Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or telesales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers
  • Excellent relationship building and client facing skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred
