Qualifications

  • Must be available immediately and able to commute daily to Aldershot.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and run a press machine based on customer demands.
  • Assist in training both new and current machine operators.
  • Report any faults or issues to team leaders or production supervisors.
  • Ensure machinery is safe and clean at all times.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Machine Operatives

Our client in Aldershot, specialist technical manufacturers of bespoke rubber mouldings and custom‑made rubber products, is looking for full‑time temp‑perm Machine Operatives.

Working Hours
  • Day shift Monday‑Thursday 7:00–16:30 & Friday 7:00–12:00
  • Night shift Monday‑Friday 19:00–7:00 (44‑hour week)
Salary & Benefits
  • Day shift £12.51 per hour
  • Night shift £15.56 per hour
  • 12‑week temp‑to‑perm contract
  • Enhanced pay after 12 weeks & 6 months
  • Full training provided
  • Early Friday finish
  • Free parking & tea/coffee
Duties
  • Run press machine to business trends and customer demands
  • Daily operation of designated machines
  • Assist training new and existing operators
  • Report faults/issues to team leaders/production supervisor
  • Monitor machinery to maintain safe, clean condition
  • Problem‑solve & process improvements
  • Keep area clean & tidy
  • Work in line with company procedures & practices
Requirements
  • Manufacturing experience controlling machinery to specifications
  • Previous moulding experience desired
  • Daily commute to Aldershot
  • Immediate availability
