Our services are available within a variety of care settings to a wide number of clients, all with individual needs; you could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia and providing care for older people.

As a Support Worker, daily tasks can include:

1. Assisting with eating and drinking
2. Meal preparation and planning
3. Personal care
4. Companionship
5. Encouraging the service user's independence with day-to-day activities

What Nurseplus can offer you as a Support Worker:

1. Flexible shifts to fit around you - full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
2. Pay rates from £13.15 to £18.50 per hour, weekly pay*
3. Free training - In line with the Care Certificate
4. Ongoing support and further development opportunities with in-house courses and funded qualifications such as distance learning and NVQ Level 2 and 3

What Nurseplus needs from you as a Support Worker:

1. You must be over 18 to apply
2. Have the right to work in the UK
3. At least 6 months UK based care experience
4. Valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle
5. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
6. An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (to be paid in full at £56.90 with a full refund after a set period of hours worked*)
