Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years with maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • Clean DBS record and no CCJs or IVAs.
  • Previous experience in debt recovery or customer service is desirable.

  • Visiting properties to carry out field-based activities.
  • Conducting pre-disconnection and meter inspection visits.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues and negotiate payment solutions.
  • Attending court hearings for Rights of Entry Warrants.
  • Supervising utility isolations alongside engineers and locksmiths.
  • Reporting safety concerns and customer feedback accurately.

Field Representative

Salary: £27,550 per annum
OTE: £30,000 - £37,000 (including uncapped bonus)
Location: Various UK locations

Novax Recruitment are seeking dedicated Field Representatives to join one of the UK's most forward-thinking field services providers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a professional, supportive, and fast-growing organisation.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for visiting properties to carry out a range of field-based activities, including:

  • Conducting pre-disconnection and meter inspection visits in line with company and industry standards.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues, verify details, and negotiate fair payment solutions.
  • Attending court hearings to obtain Rights of Entry Warrants.
  • Supervising utility isolations alongside engineers and locksmiths.
  • Reporting vulnerabilities, safety concerns, and customer feedback accurately and promptly.
  • Ensuring visit reports are completed and submitted within agreed deadlines.

What You’ll Need
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (maximum of 6 penalty points).
  • Clean DBS record and no CCJs or IVAs.

  • Previous experience in debt recovery, customer service, or conflict resolution is desirable but not essential.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
