A leading financial services provider is seeking a UX Researcher to understand customer needs and inform design decisions. This role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research, delivering end-to-end programmes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to analyse insights effectively. Join us as a UX Researcher where you’ll play a key role in understanding our customers needs, behaviours and pain points to inform design decisions and encourage insight led product development. You will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of research projects utilising both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This role sits within the Barclays Insight and Experience Design (BiXD); a multidisciplinary design team made up of UX Researchers, UX and UI Designers, Copywriters and Design Ops working on projects pan‑bank. We are looking for someone that is a self starter, can independently run research end to end and shines within a team of junior and senior researchers.
