Salary: 37,860 - 46,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

AWE is currently recruiting for Maintenance Team Leaders (electrical or mechanical) to provide leadership and supervision of asset maintenance delivery craft and support team(s). You will be responsible for the delivery of asset maintenance to ensure plant is reliable and available to meet the corporate, functional, and Tech Centre programme, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, licence conditions, corporate, and engineering standards.

We do need you to have the following:

• An Engineering Apprenticeship with a relevant, recognised qualification ONC, ND, or NVQ level 3
• Strong practical experience of plant maintenance
• Proven fault-finding skills
• PC literacy
• Supervisory, leadership, and performance management skills
• Accredited Risk Assessor
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislations
• Experience with AMS & maintenance systems/procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
