The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a dynamic and experienced Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Team Leader to join our Private Housing & Environmental Health Standards team. This is a great opportunity to head a team that works hard to improve shared housing across the borough.
As the HMO Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to raise standards in shared housing. You’ll lead a team of professional officers, overseeing the delivery of HMO licensing, inspections, and enforcement. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that our residents live in safe, well-managed homes.
