Are high standards second nature to you? Do you love people and making guests smile every day, knowing you have delivered celebrity service? Do you want to be part of something different, working with the best food, drink, and a brand you will be proud of? We love Food, Wine, and Cocktails - almost as much as you do!
One Devonshire Gardens is the jewel in Hotel Du Vin’s Scottish Crown with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining rooms, meeting & event space, a whisky snug, and a fantastic wine list. In the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be working to maximize the output of these spaces and enhance our guests' experiences.
We are looking for someone passionate about food and beverage and delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate will be organized, an excellent communicator, a hands-on supervisor with great attention to detail. Experience in a similar quality environment is required, and knowledge of food, wine, and beverages is an advantage. You must have a passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
Availability: We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work various shifts and days, offering great flexibility. We are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
Training and Development: We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to help you become 'The Difference' in guest experiences.
We create memories that guests will never forget. This could be your next step into a Head of Department role within Hotel du Vin – we actively encourage internal development and progression. Onwards and Upwards.
