Team Leader – Castle Cary Factory, United Kingdom
Salary: £42 660,00 - £53 000,00 (including personal performance bonus & depending on experience) + shift allowance + benefits (Equal Parental leave, Pension up to 9% contribution, 4x Life assurance, Gym Membership, Career progression Opportunities, Private healthcare, EV Salary Sacrifice, Annual Leave starting at 24 days going up to 32 days, Free on-site parking, Free tea, Lavazza coffee and free fruit twice a week, Employee shop)
Work pattern: Monday to Friday with 3 weeks time shifts
