Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen with a well-established manufacturing company in Medway. Our client is seeking a hands-on, pemanent Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and drive improvements across warehouse and stores operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of two
  • Manage goods-in, stock control, and dispatch
  • Support production with timely material flow
  • Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and ERP systems (Sage preferred)
  • Operate forklifts safely (valid licence required)
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure H&S compliance
What We're Looking For
  • Proven warehouse leadership in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong inventory and ERP system experience
  • Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Bendi preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused
