A leading care organization in Altrincham is seeking a Team Leader to manage support workers for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves creating rotas, ensuring adequate support, and engaging clients in daily activities. Hours are 40 hours a week – currently Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential for this role as moving forward this may well change.
As a Team Leader, you will manage the team of Support workers to support a young man with intensive support at home with learning difficulties and Autism. You will work closely with service provision in the Altrincham area. You will manage weekly rotas, fill sickness/ holiday cover to ensure the young man has full and adequate support at all times.
We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role. You will be proactive, have a positive outlook and passion for supporting people to be the best they can be.
