Overview

M&E Ops Team Leader – Village Hotels, Bury, Greater Manchester. Permanent, Part-time.

The Meetings and Events Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that the team have completed their allocated tasks to a standard fit for our guests. Responsibilities

• Lead the Meetings and Events team to ensure tasks are completed to standard and guests’ needs are met.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, anticipate issues and solve problems proactively.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless events and a high-quality guest experience.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to brand and service standards.
